1. The Cancellation Window
Timing decides whether a cancellation is possible. The reason is simple: orders move on quickly.
Within 24 hours of purchase, you can cancel and get a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancelling may not be possible. By then your order may already be processed or shipped.
2. Asking to Cancel
Please get in touch straight away. There are two steps.
Send your order number to our customer service team.
We then check where your order stands. We tell you whether it can be cancelled.
3. Getting Your Money Back
Refunds follow approval. They go back the way you paid.
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
Allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and to show in your account.
