1. Where We Deliver
We ship within Malaysia. Two regions are covered.
Peninsular Malaysia is covered in full, with every state included.
East Malaysia means Sabah & Sarawak, and both are served.
2. How Long Preparation Takes
Your order is prepared before it leaves us. This happens on working days only.
Preparation takes 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
Once it ships, we email you a confirmation. That email carries your tracking details.
3. Couriers and Delivery Times
We do not provide overnight or next-day delivery. That option is not available at present. Our standard delivery windows are shown below.
These times are estimates. Courier operations can slow things down. So can holiday seasons and severe weather.
4. What Delivery Costs
Shipping is free on every order. The value of your order does not change this. Where you are in Malaysia does not change it either.
No hidden fees are added for delivery.
No additional charges apply to shipping at all.
5. Following Your Parcel
Our courier partners take over once your parcel leaves us. That is when you hear from us.
You receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
A direct link comes with it. You can use it to follow your parcel in real time.
